Yes, sheets of ABS bonded and heat formed with a heat gun. It attaches to the body with one central stainless steel bolt and 2 side ones that have nuts fiberglassed into the fender inner lips. Both attachment sites have plenty of movement, almost an inch, so I havn't had any issues with damage. To give it a finished look, it's based on an E36 M3 BMW front splitter lip. The lip is screwed into the ABS plastic.

She's back, still small turbo, but 6 speed w/LSD is a welcomed addition. Going to put a couple hundred miles on her around the Bay Area ending at the Bay Area VW/Audi group gtg. I'll get some more pics, but the boys clearly love that she's back on the road and is up for school bus duties!

UBRDUB is getting a little love.
Bugorama is just a couple of weeks away and it's getting close! First off, last radiator got some trauma, so new one going in. ![]() Next up new gas tank to run E85. Ditching the methanol injection for straight corn juice. There is about 1/3 less mileage to be had from ethanol so the tank is being increased to 1/3 more volume, in tank pump going in with baffles and finally a fuel level sender' ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Need to get the tank sealed up and the E85 tune done, looking to get north of 450whp out of her, wish me luck! We do cook a lot of corn fuel, but we call it a beverage...

A reasonable weekend had at Bug-O, finally got into the 12s at 12.7' had a couple of issues, but ended up being able to drive it home again so that's a win. Corn juice took me up to 386whp, and we are stuck there cause my ecu on sees up to 2 bar, 22 psi.

Congrats on getting into the 12's!
387WHP is almost 450 crank-hp! Is that power at the 2 bar you mention or at 22psi boost? |

22psi, maybe that's 2.5 bar? It's the max the sensor can read either way, I know I heard 22psi for sure.
