Silver Bullet do you have alum 944 rear arms with those 11" twists? And what is your offset? I will be running TT Hollow 996 twists on my convert and want to order the fenders from Kerscher...
Thanks

Yes its with 944 arms but the widest ones, the rear rims are 18x11 et40 and still with spacers, but different sizes as the rear dimensions are not equal! Front is ok.

Hi
I have Aero fenders/wings/mudguards/guards. I think they are 2 inches wider than stock. On a 1303 with front discs I have 18x8 ET 15 wheels, these have a pretty good fit, I have easily run a 17x8 with ET10.5 with these fenders before. On the rear I'm running early alloy 944 arms and 18x8 ET 40 wheels, these are close. Steve

I had tt twist 10x18 et65 solid spoke at the rear with the earlier alu arms with 7cm flared widen fenders with MBT 993 c2 brake setup and still had to use spacers. Front was 7.5x18 et 50.
I use the wheel offset cal to determine the spacing with the widen fenders, guess most also use them.

10 cookie cutters
Hi, not through yet, but on Super Beetle No1 I will be using 4 wide stock arms and 1 spacer. 2 inch fronts fenders, 6 inch rims. Rears 10 inch custom offset 15 inch cookie cutters.
I must admit the fender in the picture above are with the 3 inch rear due to the need for a 1 inch spacer. this is the 4 inch rears intended for the 10 inch offset cookie cutters |
