Those holes are most likely done with a "Punch and Flare Tool".

The wheels are Porsche Cargraphics fonts are 8.5 x 18 et 47. Rears are 10 x 18 et 43. Tyres are 225/30/18s front and 265/35/18s rear. The wheels come in a lighter colour of silver so I took them all apart and had them painted a darker silver to match all the carbon on the car....should I have gone gold centre?? That would go with the body colour (maybe I could change that at a later date)...hmmmm.

The carbon fibre parts on the car were from Remmele but that was a few years ago (not sure if they are still trading, tried to ring them for weeks but no joy). The interior parts were custom cut by me using templates. The dash is a CPS item and fits pretty well. For your interest I have found a company in the UK that does top quality over-wraps of carbon and I had my door handles, bonnet handle and boot lid lock done and the quality was top notch. It even fooled a few people at the Volksworld show whilst I was listening to their comments. LA Performance does some good carbon stuff as well.

Thanks for the info on the carbon fibre, I'll look into the side scoops from LA performance. So the door panels where cut from carbon sheet, can I ask what you used to fix them to the doors because I can't see any screws and I really like the clean look yours has.

Also with your roll cage is it completely bolt in in the rear, was this a custom made item or available as a kit some where?

All panels are velcro'd on using self adhesive velcro - (it good stuff for a rattle free clean look). I've used all the original door pull armrests, winder handles and door openers so that it all screws and bolts on to keep the panel in position. The roll cage is a bolt in alluminium adjustable set up from heigo in Germany for Kafer 1200/1300 - 1302/1303 (check out their website). When you bolt it in you can torque flex it outwards by turning the knurled ends. I had mine polished but you can have any colour anidised. Being Ali not the strongest of cages but when its torqued together its rock solid. Hope this helps.
