white line sway bar.

Good day guy's,

I was looking at the whiteline sway bar this morning on the net and a question came to mind. Would a berg intermediate mount interfer with the placement of the rear sway bar in anyway.

Don't know that, but I can tell you a 915 tranny with its nose mount does interfere with the white-line sway bar...

I've got both on a IRS rear and they don't although mind is a Berg 5 Speed nose but that is larger than standard. The whiteline bar runs across under the torsion tubes and comes out near at right angles to the lower shock mounting. I'll post a picture of what I have later tonight.

Hi Guys.
65 Cabby did you get your sway bar from the place in Scotland as listed on their website ?, and is it an 18 or 24 mm item.

Unfortunately it came alot further than scotland , it was direct from Oz. The co.uk web site now has lots of UK resellers, you'll just need to price it up as I'm sure they will not hold stock so will end up being shipped, just not direct.

The rear is a BWR1Z which is a 24mm bar.

And in case you are interested, the front is also from Whiteline it's a BWF8Z (SBS2) 20mm narrowed version. Not because of the current tucked in wheel look but so that the 7" wheels look right under the standard front wings.

If you do a search on aircooled.net for the Whiteline part number BWR1Z it turns up a result. I would email them.
