Help wanted-In Southern Germany

I am new to this area and I am looking for a performance shop in southern Germany, where they are able to speak english, and perform quality work. I have a 1976 Beetle that I been working on for several years in Italy, and need to finish the motor and transmission upgrades. I have just recently transferred to Wurzberg with my company, and need to find a shop that is reputable. Thanks- Will
