You probably already checked this, but a bad ground (-) can be responsible for a lot of weird stuff.

After checking anything and optimizing the mapping, it never happens again.
ECU runs fine, generating VE Table at this time

All parameters looking good
Oilpressure is fine
Ignition runs good
VE table will be generating

So far so good! Sounds like you got a bit of a lifter tick or it needs a valve adjustment but other than that the motor sounds good

Engine runs about 200km yet.
Valve Adjustment is ok.

Lifter tick cames from the webcam lifter, strong valvesprings and chrommolys
Will drive this setup.
Think this ticking noise will gone after webcam lifter and camshaft runs in place.

I´m glad to see the engine finally running well! Congratulations Markus!
The cam should be broken in by now after 200Km,though.That doesn´t sound like like a lifter to me,they shouldn´t tick if you have solid lifters.I would say that you need to readjust your rocker arm to valve clearance as mentioned already above
