I agree with Jason's video idea.

What header are you using? stock single turbo? How much boost are you running? I just got the EJ20TT, I can't wait to get it going. let me know how the fitment is with the stock style header. I'm using a 993 rear suspension setup. I don't know if i should use the stock style single turbo header, if it fits, I'll use it.

i also have many questions.

what EM did you use?

what turbo, and turbo location were you able to use?

what model year engine did you use?

(oh, and answer to the person who asked if the ej20 was the bigger than the ej25, the answer is no, all ej motors are exactly the same size. some of the heads may take up more space due to having DOHC or AVCS possibly, but the blocks are ALL interchangable (more or less)

Troy,
The tilt front was on the car shen I bought it. I understand it was made here in Australia. It's ok but the bottom pivot is pretty average. I built a tube support frame that is glassed in and it has a strut support.
Like it? Yeah, think it suits the car.

Video will come in time....

Stock header used with custom up pipe to turbo. running 6lb currently but will be tuned for 18lb via use of turbosmart eboost electronic boost controller. Fitment with standard header fine.

More info;

Car is currently running an early Haltech ECU, which will eventually be upgraded. Turbo is IHI VF23 in factory location. Engine is a 94-96 EJ20. This project was started almost 8 years ago by the original owner. I have owned and been working on the car for 3 years having bought it as a half finished project in a 'raw' state.

well your a ****ing champion, the IC location, and most other parts of the setup are just about exactly what I have been drawing on every peice of paper that comes my way.

what ej20 motor are you using? the block should have a designator on it, ej20g or ej207 are the ones im guessing. if its the 207, you can run as much boost as you want, and im not kidding. I know of a dude here, who is running a gt35r turbo on his bonestock ej207, and is running it at 33 psi boost, where he makes 504 all wheel horsepower. stock bottom end stock heads.

the haltec is a cool ems, its simple, and pretty userfriendly to tune.
