MassIVe 79 vert on the way to painter!
Thought I'd update you on the progress of the latest addition to the GL scene. The MassIVe 79 vert is on a roll back headed to the painter today!
Jake and I spent ALL day Saturday taking it apart and getting ready for a complete overhaul...paint, then a hefty dose of Line-X, then new interior (complete with 911 seats), new convertible top and then lots of carbon fiber goodies before the install of the RAT Super Efficient 2.0 liter plus! Can't wait to get this thing on the road! We're shooting for the Sevierville show in October! Wish us luck  I'll get some pics posted as soon as Jake e-mails them to me.. He's in Las Vegas with his dad right now....maybe I can pull him out of the casino long enough to send me some pics.

Thanks Joe! I'm really excited about this car!
I've started an album on photo bucket so everyone can see the progress as we move along. Still need to upload picktures from the tear-down this past weekend....still waiting on Jake for those  At any rate, have a few pics from right after we bought the car and then after the Maxx struts and Porchse wheels were installed. The car looks good now, I can't wait to see what it looks like when it is done. Congratulations and welcome to the group. By the way, Jake didn't take the title to the car with him to Vegas did he?

WOW!
I just got back from my little trip to the desert and came home to some VERY sexy looking Superfinished parts for the Super 2 liter! Wait till you see these pics! Car goes to the paint shop tomorrow!
