My personal opinion is that the Cup type braces from each shock tower down to the motor mount would add strength to resist side to side motion of the mount and acceleration motion. And this illustrated brace would strengthen the mount in drag race, straight line acceleration of engine masses. And either would be much much better than none. Hard to tell. Then the question becomes when do you stop triangulating the chassis. At some point you just might as well weld in a full cage with suspension pick-up points.

Thanks,

Randy

will that clear the trans mount? should just curious if the bolt tabs that fit to the frame horns would go between the mount and frame horns or after them? as it may space the trans out.
