pushrod weight

hello all.
can anybody out there please tell me the make of the aluminium pushrods that john sells at aircooled net?

how much they weigh in at?

can i get some here in europe?

im not happy with the cro moly in my typ 4 too noisey to much adjusting and so on.

another option ive thought off is using the stock thick ally typ 4 pushrods but my problem here lies in the fact that these are 270mm long now my ideal length is 270.6mm this is the length of my cro moly ones now hers my possible solution.

take the 8 rocker shaft stands (a spare set) and have .6 mm removed from the base of the stands thus bringing the whole shebang to where i am now with my cro molys but enabeling me to run the thick ally typ 4 push rods .

anybody ever done this before or is my thought going all lateral again!!!

all i know is one way or another i want aluminium push rods .

anybody used chopped down typ 1 pushrods? originals ?

cheers fellas .

ok
found out they are about 45 gram the aircooled net ones cant find out who makes them mind!

stock ally typ 4 ones are about 84 grams so these are quite a bit lighter.

as it warms up here a bit at the minute i can tell that my cro-molys aren getting slackn allready they are going to have to go.

Neil,

WE have them made for us, and the only guys selling them are us and HSL Racing (because everyone else thinks you should use chromoly).
