Well we did the cam break in, then dropped the oil, let the motor cool
readjusted the valves and put everythign together and took it for a spin!

Pat drove it first with me in shotgun, it brought a tear to my eye. The sounds, vibrations and feel of a stroker, it was an amazing feeling!

So we get back to the shop, he tells me to take it out, I almost stalled it right off the bat, wasnt used to the brand new clutch!

So off i go, and HOLY **** did it pull! it felt SO strong! so i go for a tour through town, then I drove over to a friends house to take her for a spin. She wasnt home, but her roomate was. He owns a nice late model 300Z. He was droolin alllllll over my car and begged me to take him for a spin. So i did.....

I didnt push it past 4 grand, and he said that he wanted to trade! he said it pulled way harder then his car.

Anyways back to the shop, loaded it up and went home.

Then spent the rest of my evening cruisin!

I wont take it past 4000 untill i break the 500km mark, but it easily revs to 7000.

The cam only comes on at 3000, so that means im only breaking into a SMALL portion of the powerband.....

Im so happy with it, she runs real nice and cool. and pulls like a MOTHER****IN TRAIN! I can't wait untill i've got it broken in, and the beefed up tranny/kafer brace/mohr midmount are in. THEN i can really open it up!

God i love strokers! the speed bug has bitten me!

Alex
