What's this?? A DTM knock-off?

I found this on thesamba, and it looks a lot like a DTM, but they're not calling it a DTM. Just wondering about patents and things of this nature...

thats the original DTM by OPP.
Thats the one that Jake purchased wheh Joe Locierro died.

Question: What's the differance? is the DTM a more refined version?

it is now. jake has made some changes to the airfoils since aquiring it. he is also working on some significant changes to it now to relocate the oil cooler to the stock location. this frees up the current location for a plenum for FI.
