Back in the scene...I missed you all :)

I finally got my baby back after being away from me for nearly 2 years. she has been wrenched on and stored away for a bit due to moving and lack of parking space at the house but she finally came home last night. I feel like a newbie now cause i have been away from the aircooled scene for so long. She is going to be revamped for the next show season but here is what she looks like currently.(well sorta)

I cant wait to talk to you all again and get her back in the groove of things.

i wish i could say it looks like that still but it doesnt......it sat outside at the shop i left it at for the entire time. The top held up very well but the paint was destroyed by the california sun. i will post pics of it soon.. but i must warn you its not pretty... they even managed to mess up my front bumper so i have to replace that as well as the whole paint job. but i have started to disassemble it to get ready for paint. the car on the GERMAN LOOK.com cover page makes me want to paint it black.. but ohh what a pain it will be to own a black car in california. im still up in the air about it but i am pretty sure it will stay red. but you never know.....
