Cryo Freezing? Anybody try it?

Im looking for ways to toughen up my transmission for my awaiting ford 2.3 turbo swap. BTW the transmission will be out of a 89 Escort GT. How many of you guys have tried cryo freezing? Do you like it and how much did it cost?

I got to look first hand at some parts that were used in a test engine at Jake Raby's shop. He treated some parts and left some untreated. The best way to see the difference was in the bearings. The untreated bearings showed normal wear but the treated bearings looked like new.

Ever tried to machine cast iron after it's cryo'ed. It's amazing to see how much harder it is. Since, i've had all Nickies cylinders cryo'ed as well since in volume, it's not very expensive to have done.
