944 tach wires

Hi,

I have the 944 tach in the picture and I don't figure out how to wire it.
The problem is that it has 6 inputs and my last tach had only 3 (+/- and ignition coil)

Any suggestions would be nice.

Martin

Hi,

I’ve got the same gauges in my GL, the outer ring (Bezel) is “just” snapped on the pot, you’ll have to use a screwdriver to open it, they’ve just bent it over the pot!
Be very careful ‘cause I’ve broken a couple of them and it’s very hard to find new one’s (and expensive to! 25.78$ a piece!!!)

Terminal (4) is 0v, (5) is +12v and (6) is to the L.T. side of the coil.

The terminals are labelled on the PCB only.

I've never seen that yellow print
