VKG site

All VKG'ers,

Due to some hosting services changes I am making within my company, the VKG site will need to be addressed. In short, the change in services means that I will no longer be able to offer free hosting for the site. As the site is not really being used for anything more than we can do on this forum, I don't think it makes sense to pay for hosting it on my other services.

Since the club is really a social club anyway, I am recommending we discontinue use of a dedicated site and use these forums as we already do. Any objections?

FYI, I already had to suspend the site although I can bring it back up on new servers with some effort. Just don't want you to freak out if you go there and don't see anything.

I agree Zen. As much as we all want to put more into the club, "real-life" comes calling and we all get busy with other things. I think having the club forum here has proven to be the best way for us to all communicate and keep up with each other anyway.

What do you guys think?

I agree. For me customer cars and life keeps me from putting more into our club. I think the forum will work well and the price is right.:agree:

I agree. More happens over here than the VKG site.

I'll consider that a majority. Thanks for the input. We can always resurrect it if needed.
