T4 turbo
I've got a 2666 with schleicher 340 cam, 48x40, cr 10:1, possible to turbocharge it?

Don't know the specs on your cam, but your compression is too high for any longevity on pump gas . I think about 8:1 compression is alot safer IMO.

BMW has just introduced a twin turbo I-6 with direct injection with all the minds behind it and it's compression ration is just around 10:1, so I'm thinking that's a weee bit high for 1940's technology.
