1.25 rocker question

If I were to purchase 1.25 rocker arms (my shafts are in good condition), do I need longer pushrods or can I use my stock ones? I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere.

All I've ever messed with are the 1.4:1 ratio rockers and they needed shorter push rods.

you will need to cut your own pushrods to length and as ny bugman says, tyhey are likely to be shorter than stock, not longer.. what motors this for? and whats the cam? 1.25's arent suitable for use with some cams...

Anytime, you make ANY change in the valvetrain you must recheck rocker geometry. If you can't get it correct with a pad shim you'll need a different set of pushods.

Aw screw it. I'll just put that $100 toward a T4. Thanks for the replys, though.

Oh, whe I said "longer", I meant "shorter". Chalk it up to a brain fart
