ya I don't think i"ll have my bug there now I have to do a re-build got alot of end-play. I'm going to rip the motor out this week and run it down to Johns on Sat.

I may not be there on the 19th ....

I've been fighting a lack of oil pressure at start up for about 3 days now. I've checked everything I can without pulling the motor and splitting the case.

Does anybody have a split T4 case I could borrow for a few days ... I need to have a look at the distributor side to see where the oil goes when it leaves the pump pressure side. I woild be pouring oil into the galleys and viewing the results ... I would pressure wash and clean the case and return it in about 2 days.

Only 2 weeks left till the meet

Thanks for the offer to use the case Chris. I have found the problem and know how to fix it, so I won't be needing the case. Hope to have the engine back in the car and fired up by the weekend.

I'm trying hard to be at the meet with the bug !!

My carbs are off to get rebuilt, so after many hours in the garage the past month and a half, i'm blowing off some steam. Off to Montreal Thurs night for the Formula 1 festivities.

Have tickets Fri -> Sun at the "Casino" hairpin.

I also need the Eastern Canada Camp Book if possible.

I have freind coming from Germany on the 23rd. They are renting a RV to take a tour of Eastern Canada for 2 weeks.

I've just received some brakeline components and oil hose in the mail ... will be installing on the weekend and probably be tuning the EFI on the way to the meet !

I'm still 4 AN fittings away from driving the car I hope Performance Improvements has these or I will have to rig something up with Parker fittings.

Have to install the rear apron and mount the radiater for the A/W intercooler still and then give it a road test.

If the bug is not ready for the meet, I will be there with the honda

I will be ready for the Drag Day at TMP and the Jitter Bug though.
