My New Germanlook Car!

Hey guys-

Check out my new car:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2419128271

(ebay auction 2419128271)

Whadda ya think? :-) Yah, there's definately no way in hell. <sigh>

I should settle for something less expensive, like this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2419159469

(ebay auction 2419159469)

That's a good second-best, right?

<sigh> I'm still outta my league.

Take care,

Haha,
Well, at least the 959 can qualify as a daily driver. Still, it almost looks a bit 'old' (eighties) already. And you can forget the understatement look that an old VW with modern technology always has. No, I would prefer your TL, even tho I haven't seen a pic of it yet! If you would be a person that would like to show of, you would probably have got yourself a 911 long time ago...
Now, the Group C car is s/th else. I would love to (try to) do a few laps on a circuit with that more than once!
I still think it is strange that such a car is sold through e-bay..
Walter

I was in town the other day and saw one of these parked. You wouln't believe the size of the brakes on these cars! I wasn't going to stick my tape measure in there (LOL) but I would guess they are 15" if they are anything. The calipers looked a good 12" Lets say they are WAY bigger than what I have in my truckwhich is rated at 14,500# GVR.

We need a smiley for drooling!

Ron
