Talking 996 Gauges for bay windows of 1977

I bought a dashboard of Porsche 996 to bring it up on my bus. But I will want to install the gauges of Porsche 996 and knowing that they are electronic that I must make like modifications to make operate my instruments?

Thanks

Do you know how many of the signals to feed the gauge cluster comes from the ECU and can the signals come from a standard sending unit, or do they have to come from the ECU? Many new cars gauge input come from the cars ECU (computer).
