I'd seen people use velcro on the doors for a clean look; no screws. Not sure about the rear panels...

I've seen small black screws. Wouldn't the velcro sag/pull off when its really hot?

Hi
To make it really smooth, can you get hold of nut insert gun or rivenut tool? I use one like this http://www.wurth.com.au/cataloguevie...f=A09_0120.pdf Steve

Chris,
The tool Steve is talking about actually rivets a nut to your door, so that you can thread a screw or bolt into it. I've used them before, pretty slick Alex

Ah yes! Now I remember.... Steve C is referring to a tool that we used at my old work. Technically I wouldnt call it a nut that is riveted into the door, but rather something like an insert. Technicalities aside, those things work REALLY well! Just make sure that you got a SHARP drill bit THE SAME SIZE than the dia. of the insert, otherwise it wouldnt snugly fit once riveted, and give you endless frustration trying to bolt things down(the insert/nut will just spin in it's hole).
I wouldnt mind having one of those tools in my toolbox collection!

I have one of these it works very good even for larger bolts sizes
This link if or the aluminum insert version but if you look further they make a steel insert model as well http://www.toolsource.com/aluminum-k...-p-101304.html JC whitney also carries this tool
