Salvage Yard Santa

Well Salvage Yard Santa has something for Nigle (Yellow73).
A race horse deal on some LEATHER. Sorry Nigle, I had to clean them up and post a pic. Should be the crowning touch to your interior revamp. :agree:

I didn't get the belts. The belt coulplings will un-bolt from the Celica seats and look clean, leaving the Bug belts in the car.

Cool. That's where I was going with my question, a way to use those factory couplings if they wouldn't unbolt.

I removed them from the seats I have in my car (same seats but not leather). I still have to un-bolt the ones in the Bus (same seats Black and Gray leather). Soon our club will be known for having 2000-2005 Celica seats in our cars.
As long as these spoiled punk kids keep wrecking Celicas, I will keep trying to get the seats out of them. They convert easy, light wieght, look good and are very nice to sit in. :agree:

Go ahead and eat Nigle. Hard to get some steel and donor seat bottoms on Thanksgiving Day and they have already been cleaned up. I think I might sit in them and watch some football (now that IS redneck).

Glad you like them. I wish I would have remembered to give you the bag of longer Audi lug bolts that I had in the bus for you.

very, very cool. congrats "caretaker" (still need to change your ID ). those are going to look great in your car.

btw, VKGers, we even had nigel talking about blacking out his trim when we were at Bug Jam. be sure he gets some more encouragement in that area. :agree: big a$$ engine comes next. i saw the look on his face when i took him out in my bug. only a matter of time.

Wow, those came from a salvage yard? I was breaking my arm patting myself on the back just finding a '97 GTI doughnut spare tire. I now need to take a closer look at salvage yards. Very nice!

No trailers for the hard core. I can't see Nigle putting his on a trailer. I think he would drop the engine on the roadside and rebuild it before he put it on a trailer. He is a "Man-Up-N-Drive" award winner. And carries a nice stash of spare parts along to keep it on the road. Just ask the Valdosta group that needed a fuel pump n the way to Tampa. We now call him "Caretaker". What good are fine leather seats if you don't put your @$$ in them. :agree:
