Cookie Cutters in my VW Fusca

I writing from Argentina, Buenos Aires

I am buying some tires ATS Cookie Cutters, they are 15x7 and 5x130
What modifications i have to do in my new glook ?

offset? adapters 4*130 to 5*130 or use the same mass?
