germanlook for my 1302

I really like the german look. I have a white 1971 super beetle and would like to make it into a german looker. I got into an accident last winter and did some damage to the front drivers side of the car that i have just about completed repair to. The car is complete minus the engine. I would like to convert this into a german looker with about 4500 USD. Is it possible?
i would spend about 1400 to build the scat 2110 kit from cip1.com.

I have been wondering where to get the carbon fiber bumpers and headlight rights.. as well as other accent pieces. and how much the cost of them are.
my current bumpers are the crappy chrome kind and basically started rusting from day 1.

I would go for disc brakes all arround, and i would like to put some different wheels on it.. newer style 'tuner' wheels. preferably wihth the black center and chrome ring arround the edge.. or a dark grey wheel i think would look nice.

I saw a 944 at a nearby junk yard and i read the thing about using the brakes off of it. but that was for a standard, not a super.. but the 944's suspension was designed based on the super.. so does that mean i can just bolt up?

4500...not bad for some things, but I would count the carbon fiber out for that price...I have invested roughly 3100 into my car to date, and its not even painted yet....

I'm not using 944 brakes, but I do know its easy to convert.

There are a couple of places to get c/f for your car, you'll find all the prices for what you want on these sites: here ,here ,here , andhere

hope that helps...I cant think of much more, Im a little tired

Thanks for the links. I see how expensive that stuff is.. i am going to try and keep the carbon fiber to a minimal to keep the costs down.. i was looking at something like this to do my bumpers in. http://www.mnpctech.com/CarbonFiber.html

how well do you think it would hold up on accent pieces? i may just buy some and see if i can get everything right down to my chrome trim done in it.

would this be considered a german look? they aren't 17's but 15 inch phone dials.. pretty cheap and probably better for daily driving.
