Standard or Super? Early three bolt, or late two bolt Super?
For a standard beetle, it's possible if all the stars align for you. Brakes and suspension setup will make a difference. You can read up on how I got it to fit on my '69 standard here: https://www.germanlook.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=11987 It rubs with 205/50/17 tires on the front, but I've been working on rolling the fenders and its getting better and better. Note my car has two different front fenders, and I believe it's rubbing on the factory fender. If I had two aftermarket "original" fenders, the car would be perfectly fine.

I have used Goodyear Eagle F1 195-45-17 up front on Cup-2's on my late model 1303. Not alot of brands have this tyre size. But I am very happy with these. No fender rub and more important also no isues with the inner fenderwell in full lock / max steering angle.
In the rear you can even fit 8J ET70 Cup-2's with 225 tires under stock fenders. Some modifications are necessary. The bumpstop cup has to be cut in half and the front of the three bolts that connect the IRS arm to the swingplate has to have a countersunk conical alan head bolt to not rub against the tire. |

Hey Bad Bug,
Check out car-part.com and plug in the make, year and model of the Porsche you want, then select wheel w/image. You'll find some great deals there that may ship to Jamaica to you. I bought a Boxster spare for my car through a shop listed there. Good luck my friend. |

Steve,
Did you re-drill the Porsche brake rotors / hubs to accept the Subaru pattern? |

My bug is a standard 72 with a modified superbeetle chassis. I had the superbeetle frame head removed and will be replacing it with the standard beetle framehead so the rear of the car is superbeetle. |

Flat the super beetle frame head was removed, if the superbeetle frame head is removed it's just like a normal chassis.
