Question Aug 17th, which show? Bugfest and Vagkraft on same day.

Hey,

Last year the Dyno day/Bugfest was the same weekend as the Vagkraft show.
Guess what? This year both shows are on the same weekend again! :mad2:

Which show to attend?

Bugfest? http://www.bugfest.ca/
Vagkraft? http://www.vagkraft.com/info.html
Both?

There is no dyno this year for the Bugfest weekend, but I really want to support Steve’s show.

Vagkraft will have an autoslalom, dyno, and show on site.

Other option is both. Lots of driving. Bugfest first thing in the morning, leave and head out to Vagkraft at about 11am.

What do you guys think?

Pete

That's the plan. Be crazy if we show up to both events about a dozen deep. Get the cars ready. I'll have the super ready for sure!

Cool !

My plan is to have the rolling pan ready with the Tilton pedals, coilovers, 5 bar cup brace, brakes and wheels with 915 installed, Does anyone have a tow bar for a ball joint front beam ?

That sucks Bry, sorry to hear.

Talked to a VagKraft organizer last night at a waterpumper GTG. Told him about our plans to attend both shows.

He was very surprised and pleased about it. Whatever we need, he'll make sure it happens. The lot's entrance will stay open for entrance to the show late. He'll reserve a row of spaces if we know how many we need.

respecting the aircoolers.

So lets get a list/plan/ideas together. Where/what time are we meeting in the morning to cruise to Bugfest? What time do we need leave at to roll on over to VagKraft?

Pete

Sweet!

I say we get together at about 7.30am in the Eglinton/401 area in order to make it convenient for all. Pete knows this area well, so he can suggest a good spot. We then cruise over to the east side...

We leave Bugfest by about 11am and head back to the west side, considering it'll take about an hour between shows.

Considering the amount of 'moves' we have to make, organizing a bbq may be more of a hassel than it's worth. But, I am open to change if you guys want to set it up at vkg...

Sounds like a plan?

I figure easiest spot to meet would be Yorkdale Mall. Just off the 401, with easy access, from all directions.

Meet at 7:30AM

North parking lot at Yorkdale:

Plan is to leave Bugfest at 11:30ish to roll on over to VagKraft!

Looking at the Poll, will there only be 4 cars? Who will be there?

Pete
