Rack and Pinion steering in 1950? Pretty impressive ... except the ad doesn't say that is original. Same for the Porsche-style fan and the motor to which it is attached. It states original miles, but not that it is an original engine. (So, if it's not an original engine and it needed to be rebuilt after 23,000 miles, was it a Bernie Bergmann engine?)
I would have though a Czech or Slav car from the '50s would have been in kilometers instead of miles. Why the grill of an air-cooled rear-engined car? It does look like a ****roach, though. |
