Good call, it's super nasty out here. AWD is great, but it doesn't help you stop and it doesn't protect you from stupid drivers.

be safe,

Rob.

So lets reschedule.

How about in a week or two weeks Tuesday?
That should be the 20th or 27th. Or should we wait until March?

Alex

Cool, I guess i should have checked the site yesterday. Now i don't feel bad for not showing up!

Busy yesterday/today have some **** to take care of. Sewer backed up and the pipe is full of roots. Gotta love 50+yrs old clay pipes and those "nice trees". Pretty lucky, only water/soap came up after a load of laundry.:agree:

Got the clear from gas/Bell/hydro to dig and replace with PVC tomorrow. Wonderful weather to do this!

Feb 27th it is!

Anyone have a extra chromoly pushrod?
I want to cut it and make a adjustable pushrod. The mail order ones are too flimsy with the K-800 springs.

Bry, we tossed the camera in the pipe, and it was full of roots. The main concern was a joint had separatated and shifted. The city changed their end about 2yrs ago with PVC when their clay pipes were rooted. I was tossing the snake down for maintenance every year. So i guess the snaking combined with the citys work must have worked a joint loose.

So its all fixed now, and the PVC is from the city to about 5ft into the basement. Waiting for the weather to warm up as the front yard is a mess with frozen mud/dirt everywhere. The frost line was at 3ft and the excavator couldn't break the earth, had to use jackhammers.

Back to the VW's.
