Warped exhaust flanges- gasket/remedy required.

Got stopped in my tracks at the weekend when i discoved 1 & 2 stub pipes had been leaking at the heads- i'm guessing 3 & 4 will be the same. I tried flatting with an air sander but they are still no where near it seems they have been distorted through heat being 6mm stainless. My worry is if i get them all starightened the same thing will happen again resulting in a leaking exhaust and lost power. I do wonder if it could partly be down to the exhaust having to support the turbo and the extra weight is having an effect?
I'm using solid copper gaskets and it is on a type 4 motor with a turbo.
