Anyone know if you can use a Mallory unilite vacuum dizzy with Dellorto 40DRLAs?

If so, how do you dial in the adjustable Vacuum?

Thanks.

I have been assured that you can.

I currently run a mallory unilite optical with vac advance. vac is disconnected (weber 40's at the mo)
I have a set of dell 40's which we are refurbing at the mo which I will be chucking on.

You NEED to take the vac signal from all 4 barrels (2 on each carb), and use the thing they have on an alfa for merging the signals and smoothing the pulses.

Cheers for now,
Sam C

On the dells you only have one vacuum takeoff for advance, and the alfa part is an anti pulse valve.

So have you just drilled each barrell? Are you going to use 4 anti pulse valves?
If you have a Mallory dizzy I can't really see the point in doing this - you can adjust the advance for a particular amount of vacuum quite easily - surely it would be best to keep it simple like on the alfa?
