how do you cut carbon fiber ?

More specifically , what should I use to cut a CF motorcycle exhaust ? Hack saw , sawzall ? what kinda blade ? Cut-off tool maybe ?

something i would like to know too!

how do you cut/drill/trim carbon fiber? is there any way to prepare it?
i would hate to chip or tear it apart.

tools carbon joe has recommended to me:

tin snips
cutoff wheel
file when complete

WHERE A MASK!!!!!

i have used all successfully. mostly trimming on my firewall and wire cover.

Thats some pretty handy info... I was also wondering on what kind of adhesive you should use if you dont want to drill into you carbon fiber?

carbon joe had given me some 3M double sided film adhesive for the splash guards, but it wasn't enough. he recommended going to RTV next and it worked like a charm. plus acts like a black chalk along the edges.
