any of my new brothers able to help me out with a pair porsche jump seats? i think i want to see if i can graft them into my bug.

I would think you should be able to get a good set in vinyl for under $100. It's usually the carpet on the back that wears out before the vinyl. Leather would cost more.

You would be in good shape if you can just get the backs, the bottom part is nothing more than the material sewn into a pad, and its pretty small.

thanks john. just my thought. i have a box already built that can act as the bench. will just add padding to it. i will have to redo the cabinet behind it to accomdate the seat backs. not sure how i am going to pull it off yet. shouldn't be to bad to do machanically, just not sure how it will look yet. i am thinking that maybe a ghia seat back may work better.
