Idler pulley

Hi everyone, does anyone know who makes this pulley. This is not my engine. I plan to use a serpentine belt, I have not found anything that will fit. It is the idler pulley.

I dunno, looks custom made by someone..
Maybe Markus from MSS in germany has or could make that?

Hello, I think I found the person at MSS that may have made the pulley. I'm not 100% sure, but I e-mailed him anyway. As I looked in his site, I noticed a blow-by block on the engine I showed. On MSS site, that blow-by block he sells. Hopefully he is the one and possibly can help me.

However, since I have moded my block in front area. I think one of the mounting holes, for his part, is one of the exciting (front fan housing bolt holes), that I removed. If so, it should not be too much to put it back. This block allows me believe, he possibly made the pulley. Thanks Walter.

Update, MSS got back to me, they did not make the idler pulley.
