Jake was driving the car on the dyno....this pic is after it broke loose going into second gear! Jake was being scolded by one of the Allspeed workers He told him "you're gonna have to take it easy"

Had a great weekend doing VW stuff all weekend.
Running the car down the track was awesome, I got it down to a 15.14 1/4 mile at 88 mph.....not too bad for my 4th try ever and in a car that was driven over 300 miles during the weekend.
Thanks to Dave for all the help setting it up and Jake for his on going support.

How about a German look Vs. Cal look real street challenge - having to drive a road course and go down the track.....

A GL front end, against a Cal-look (tractor front end) skinny tired, narrowed front end on road course... that would be great.
