Tell us your ideas for speed
There are many factors that increase speed. Horsepower (Carbs, turbo's, injectors), weight (Carbon Fiber body parts), wheels (weight, diameter), electronics (Ignition, distributors, coils, plugs, wires), lubricants (rumors over certain oil that add HP), exhaust, etc. Though we all want to be the fastest in the block, if you have ideas or suggestions lets see the list.

this is the newest thing for me, what do you think guys? abug with an aircooled 16V boxer engine...sounds great..isn,t it?

Thats the crazy stuff I'm talking about.
I was thinking we should build virtual engines via this forum in different price ranges with maximized power and components (as mentioned above). Just an idea to help those out looking for max performance.

great idea, it would be useful also for me... I'll upgrade my stock typ4 as I have $$...but having the correct ideas means less $! so do it guys!

We can do Type 1 and Type 4 to start.
Type 1's 1915, 2007 etc. Again something in the range of affordability and drivability with maximum power and components. Also Type 4's. We need to pick a Type and size and start. Would love to see where we end up. Also see if any body has the Dough to build the virtual engine. Just thinking out loud. P.S. It would be a bias choice for me to start with a Type 1 1915cc
