I spoke to the folks over at Emory when I was planning my powerplant and thought that $20+++ was too steep for my blood.

Yeah, its around long time already.
I wonder what their hp/ltr displacement is, in other words, how efficient is the concept? Probably not much more then an old 911 aircooled one, which wasn't that great actually.

It would be a great engine to have though. Lightweight, air-cooled, OHC for rapid throttle response.

$30.000,-- is a lot of money for only 207 hp out of a 2.4ltr though...

I had been fascinated with the concept since the first report on Excellence magazine long time ago. On 2010 I exchaged emails with Dean Polopolus. He provided me all the information even provided me with physical measurements. I then proceded to build card board muck up. Unfortunatelly it wont fit without mdifications to the engine bay, some sort like the DOHC Subaru engines. Although the Polopolus would need less and mostly on the passenger side where the bumper mount would had to go.
Anyway I still dreaming with it!!!
