Engine and camshaft choice

I`m buliding a 1584ccm engine.

The goal: a solid reliable street engine with optimized power between cruise speed (about 2000 RPM) to maximal RPM at 5500 (original crankshaft).

Parts I have:

2 x 36 DRLA dellortos

Scat 1,4:1 rockers. Thereby I can use gentle camshafts

DRD L3 heads, flows up to 130CFM@28", up to 0.480" lift / 12.2mm.
The heads are cut 2.5mm and should be around 40+CC.
Deck should be about 1.4mm, giving a compression static of about 9.0

Tri-mill exhaust, I want it to exit through the stock ports.

OEM Mexico oil pump with spin-on filter.

Therefore: which cam should I choose from the list below (4-rivet camshaft)?
The timing is given with 1mm valve clearance, I was told US cams one should add 20degrees to compare. Or subtract 20degrees from the ones below.

Is there a rle of thumb of what RPM range the camshafts are made for? (I know this also is a variable of displacement/compression)
