I can't decide which wheels I like better... (pix)

I must say that i've been a fan of the 'twisties' for a long time now, but I see these 5 spoke replica porsche wheels under the twisties, and I wonder what would look good on my 70.

Anyone have any pix of the latter wheels? I've looked up to page 10 on the member's rides, but to no avail....

I think both look good. I tend to favor #34 only because I haven't seen it used yet on a GLer.

I like the one's on the bottom

My woman likes the twisties, but I'm a big fan of the other one's and the porsche boxter wheelies too...see pic

Before you ask...Yes...it's photoshopped..I have to do it before I try the real thing!

So i'm talking with john at wheelenhancement.com right now, looks like i'm gonna have to go with the twisties, as a set costs around 1 g, and the 993 targas are like 2500 a set!!!

Can't go with that wheel jsut yet ehehhee. I'm gonna go for 17x7.5 and 17x9, but i'm having a problem with him.... I told his my modifications, and I took all the measurements that he needs, but he can't tell me if the wheels are conna be in the range of offsets I have to play with. He told me the early (or late, i can't remember) offset would be outside of the fender (But I have ccc wider fenders 2"!!!) then he said the other one would be too far in (Hit the wheel well) and I may need a spacer.

My mods are as follows:
1970 standard bug

Rear:
-944 trailing arm
-993 turbo (big reds) rear brakes w/calipers
-3" wider ccc fender
-Koni reds (came with the car)

front
-993 turbo (big reds) front brakes w/calipers
-2" wider ccc fenders
-Koni reds

Anyone done this conversion, and know about these wheels? Any help would be great, maybe a link? I wanna overnite these wheels, cause I got a show comin up on july 15th (Day after my b-day)

(Btw thanx for fixing the pix)
-Mike

PS..I can post pix if you want

PPS also he has no idea on tire sizes for a 17x7.5 and a 17x9, if someone has a suggestion for that also, that would be great!

-Thanx again

Yikes... always the coolest stuff has the highest price!
Im gonna go for cup 2's eventually.. seems they are always called something different tho.
Had a friend order from wheel enhancement and they came perfect so no worries about the quality. Im sure both wheels would look awesome.. we just have expensive taste
