parts list for a 1303 and a 944 conversion

so heres the list


-1303 maxx struts

-kerscher 17mm ball joint( theres gotta be another option out there) this is the only thing holding me back. people have hinted at another option but nobody has come out to say it.

front hubs and disk setup

rear assembies from the hub out

dont know what to do about the ebrakes

944 m/c


will all of the stuff work off a 87 944. i have wider fenders with design 90s so im not woried about fit.

Camber kit probably not an option as you most likely need it if you use the 944 spindles, assume this since you mention the kersher BJ..

Other option is to talk to Lanner at VDub Engineering, he makes kits that leverage the Porsche Brakes but mounts them on your existing SB spindles.

You mention 87 944, can't remember if these are the skinny or the wider spindles.. what I mean by this is that where the strut gets attached onto the spindle is a different width from the SB, and the maxx struts won't work with those. I ran into the problem earlier on, and had to switch to early 944 stuff.. Again not certain but definitely look into it..
