i will take some video and post it soon, i ran it up to temp and let the fans turn on, it got nice and hot and no leaks or blown hoses! it is way loud ! too much for the street but of course it will be nice and loud for hot vw's drag day in october. i will put a better muffler on when my head splits open.

Won't take long, wait untill you give it full throttle and then the noise really starts. I had mine plumbed with 2.5" all the way back with no muffler, that only lasted a day. I got some nasty looks from the state trooper trying to order lunch behind me in the Wendy's drive through And the fact that I was told that I would be given a ticket for the loud exhaust if I brought the car back into town without a muffler by another cop.

Man that's sweet. Glad to see I am not the only one using flex hose and exhaust pipe for coolant lines

So what are you going to do for the rad ? Are you going to build an enclosure ? I assume the air comes in through the side pods where you cut the holes ?

Rob.

the air comes in behind the front tires where i cut holes, then it goes down the side pods and comes in the car behind the seats ,the rad is in the back seat and the air goes out right over the tranny. flex hose and pep boys exhaust pipe rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
