Caribbean German Looker
Hi everyone! It had been 5 to 6 years since my last post here.Let me show my
1303. This car had been in our house since new, I get it when I was at high school. Then I went to college and post graduate studies on it. It stopped to be my daily driver in 1997, when I began to transform it until 2005. Since then I had not worked on it until last week! |

Nice ride. Cruising in the Caribbean air in that will be cool.

Thanks for the words! I live in Puerto Rico. Believe it or not Steve, but you were the one who bring me to the German Look! How? The 1303 was to be built as a Sleeper, then a late night in 1997 I was searching the net when link after link I ended on your page. After that I never looked back!!!

I'm glad that I had that influence on you, you certainly have jumped in the deep end. What are your plans for the motor, it looks like it will stop and handle well I'm thinking about doing my new 1303 in Orange as well. Steve

Very nice, got the stance just right I think... How wide are those wings? Is there a radiator hiding behind that grill up front?

I'm thinking about doing my new 1303 in Orange as well. Steve[/QUOTE] Thanks! Well the engine was bought before the German Look. It is a 86x90.5 from Gene Berg. Then the look came and received a little of it. Here is a picture of it. But right now I installed the original 1600 so I can work on the suspension and brakes polishing. |

Hi Ricola! The front are 2.5 inches and the rear 3 inches. The front grill/hole was for the condenser of the air. Not sure if I will finally use it.

Had been a little since I resume the work on the 1303. Had not been able to do much. A lot of cleaning, adjusting and electrical work. At least is moving now. Some pictures of it after the cleaning and a couple of bits I received.
