Seems like they get picked on A LOT. Glad we stay under the radar for the most part.

What would be the allure of hacking shoptalk to a hacker?

Good question, but then I don't get hacking for the most part anyway.
If you had a political agenda... ok, I see that. If you were mad at the power company, or had some financial gain, I get that. Just crashing some random forum for a few days... that's just stoopid. I wish I had enough 'puter saavy to be able to even understand what its about... but I guess if I did, I would be creating and building with my knowledge, not wasting hours for zero purpose.

Hi

It ruins my recreational computer activity. I always check, Aussieveedubbers.com, Germanlook, Superbeetles only and Shoptalk when ever I get online and of course Ebay.

Hi Barls

I saw that, it looks like it was down for repairs, so all the evil hacker thoughts were not true; at this time anyway.

Not really related to the STF downtime, but hope that someone can help me out here.... Aussieveedubbers has been mentioned in another post on this thread, so I would like to jump in and try make use of the opportunity

In the past, I could access this website. But now, for one reason or another, I cant access this website from three different machines, all running XP (one is a new install on top of it). Tried the latest Firefox and IE with no avail. I get to the home page, but as soon as I click on the forum link, I get the error "Error: UltimaBB is not installed, or is configured incorrectly. Click Here to install Ultima" . This is SO frustrating. I even tried to send an email via the contact link to ask the Mods for help, but no replies.... it has been weeks

I tried searching the web, but no apparent answers/fixes were available.....

Can anyone PLEASE help? Thanks!
