NICE.... thanks! well when i get paid and round up some funds...ill surly send you my address and we can ship it here and ill make the mold and then ship it back to ya. then when i make the first one...its yours!

Cool! I looked at it again today and the two missing chips are very small and in different places so it is easy to see what the chipped areas are supposed to look like since the other side is still there to campare it with.

I just repaired my original Kamai by laying fiberglass layers onto the backside. It became much more stiff so maybe GRP may have its advantages as well. The original was maybe a bit too much 'formable'/plyable (sp?) after all..

i gave all my shipping info to Bugorsh so he could get me a shipping quote, and i have yet to here back from him! i still am looking for someone to man up and send me one, so ill be able to make it! oce i get a good mold madeup, i WILL start sellin these! i just got my shop, and i have all the needed space to start. at first im going to make them outta fiberglass intill i can find a supplier that i can buy the FRP stuff from.

I have a fiberglass mold taken from one. It is a little rough but maybe you could use it.

How about making the spoiler with the underside plate, something like Jeffrey's front underside plate to reduce lift as well. Just a thought.

I think a good fitting front underside plate would be an outstanding idea! Probably more practical to make it into two pieces that bolt together (air dam and undertray). The underside plate could then also be extended and function as an airsplitter

.............and an ankle slice The idea's great but the front edge needs 'softening' so as not to pose a danger especially for anything used on the road.

all ideas are considered! i like the idea so far of making an ajustable splitter on the bottom that would go from the air dam, and bolt to the bottom side of the front apron. again just an idea! i love the responces im gettin. next thuresday im going to get the mold shipped to me! ya im gettin on this, and gonna make it happen!
