GL vert is going FI!!!

Hey Guys, I was checking out redlines website for tuning info for my bus and saw this:

http://www.redlineweber.com/html/thr...bodies_idf.htm

That is just what I needed for putting my Megasquirt on my 2.0 for the GL vert. YEAH BABY! No need for a custome intake now. Could even be used with a DTM shroud if I wanted. I'm pumped.

Their TB's look like the 'best ever thing' to fit a flat4. They're making me reconsider my MS AVR2/single TB plan for my T4 super 'vert

:agree:

Sweet!
How many vital organs traded on the black market to procure a setup like that?

I believe the complete Redline setup is around $3700

I just want the throttle bodies. If they want too much, I'll just gut a pair of 44 idf's and make my own injector adaptors and fuel rails.

Throttle bodies alone are usually between $300 and $350 each.
Still ouch, but less severe...

CBPerformance sells the intake manifolds with the injector bosses already in them. I think about $60 a pair.

Yes you are correct. I checked and the manifolds are $112.95 and the fuel rails are $61.95

I can't always be correct.
