rear coil over conversion

hi, if you install coil over shocks is it posible to get rid with the spring plates at all?thanks

have a look at creative engineering (uk) air kits, it would need to be something like AIR IRS ARM... i'm sure air kewld does the same

i know is was the trailing arm setup i was pointing to....its supposed to elimate the spring plates and thus the torsion bars

I got you. may ask if you can just take out the torsion bar and just install a coilover shocks?thanks

I assume we talk about a car with independent rear suspension (IRS).
Yes you can take the torsion bars out and install coilovers.
No, you can not get rid of the sping plates, but you can replace them by uniballs.

i have tried to order the uni balls from the remelle's and not even e-mails answered any body else had luck with them......

Purely from what I've heard about people trying to buy parts from Remmelle on here I wouldn't even try, real shame as it looks like they have some nice stuff...

Emailed them about ordering rear shocks and no response, went with AVO coils instead and turned out a bit cheaper

I was very happy wiht pro-techs, they are about the same price as AVO, Gaz and other steels but they are billet ally, very nice! They build to order so you can have custom lengths for no extra charge..
