SOHC Air-cooled flat four
OK, I know it's not a new idea, but anyone else think in the modern age this could be done reasonably cost-wise? At least after the tooling is set up for the first few engines?
http://www.shoptalkforums.com/viewto...p?f=15&t=97336 Just for reference, this would be an aluminum T1 style wet-sump engine for a street car with occasional track usage. Also, I can't a afford $20K for a poloporus unit although it would be nice... http://www.polomotor.com/
