Progress on the Vert
The vert is back from being blasted to remove the FIVE layers of old paint
Hopefully, they will be able to get the body of the car sprayed this week and ready to roll back to Jake's shop on Friday. The fenders were pretty rough so they may not be ready until next week. We should have all the window frames and top frame back from the powder coater's this week too and be ready to install new rubber and get those back on the car this weekend. We also got the short block finished up last weekend and are just waiting on the heads to get back from being coated and we'll get back on the motor too! I've uploaded some more pics to photo bucket....just take this link. http://photobucket.com/albums/a115/m...y%2019%202005/ The read only password to view this album is: Guest (Case Sensitive)

This project is going pretty smoothly at this point- probably smoother than any project I have ever done before. It must be the organizational skills of Beth making it happen, because it damn sure ain't normal for me and my projects!
I completed the short block assembly last night and have all the math done and ready to install the heads. This car is going to be incredible- absolutely!
