fitting porsche alloy arms

i fitted the alloy arms using the standard bug irs brackets and the wheels seem to be toe out, has anyone found this before ? i've found on VZI that its because of the porsche torsion tube being about 4" dia and the bug 3" dia so by my deduction the irs brackets need to be mounted 1/2" further back....

the reason i'm not sure is i've never heard of anyone else having to do this ...

Hi

By "standard bug irs brackets" do you mean the spring plates? You must use the corresponding arms & spring plates.
