Battery Box for your GL interior

I came across this very cool battery box for Optima batteries on Cal-Look.com. I contacted Rob and told him that the GL scene would be interested in his product.

It is the perfect piece for a race interior or to relocate your battery.

Rob can be reached at: ROBSKIBUM@aol.com

Check out the attachment. The pic will be uploaded as well to the General gallery.

Battery box

I asked the same question some months ago. Here's the answer. "The box is 9.5 inches long and 7 inches wide. I sell them for $125." This means it will fit under the rear seat of my '57, but at ~$175.Cdn. it's a bit too pricy for me just now. Maybe, if there are enough of us interested in getting one, we could get a reduced price for our club members.

Are they custom made ?
Since I am using a lawnmower battery, it would need to be a lot smaller..
